What we collect
For a Cash on Delivery order we collect only your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, delivery address and pincode.
We do not collect card, UPI or bank details, because we never take online payments.
No account or signup is required to browse or order.
How we use it
Your details are used to pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to update you on its status.
We may contact you once by phone or WhatsApp to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
Zero third-party selling
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with marketing companies, data brokers or advertisers — ever.
Your address is shared only with the courier partner delivering your parcel, which is the minimum needed to complete the order.
SSL encryption and storage
Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption, so your details are encrypted in transit.
Order records are stored in an access-controlled database and are visible only to the store owner.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete your order details after delivery, or to stop contacting you, by messaging our WhatsApp support.
