Payment Processing: For online prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking), payments are securely processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay. We never store or access your card numbers, CVV, or bank PINs on our servers. For Cash on Delivery orders, we collect only delivery details (Name, Phone/WhatsApp, Address, and Pincode).

No account or signup is required to browse or order.

Your details are used to pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to update you on its status.

We may contact you once by phone or WhatsApp to confirm a COD order before dispatch.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with marketing companies, data brokers or advertisers — ever.

Your address is shared only with the courier partner delivering your parcel, which is the minimum needed to complete the order.

Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption, so your details are encrypted in transit.

Order records are stored in an access-controlled database and are visible only to the store owner.

You may ask us to delete your order details after delivery, or to stop contacting you, by messaging our WhatsApp support.
