How your parcel reaches you, what it costs, and the only situations in which we can accept a return.
Damage-only returns, within 7 days of delivery. A single continuous unboxing video is strictly required — without it a claim cannot be processed.
Delivery timelines
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days anywhere in India, depending on your pincode and the courier's local network.
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling or packing charges.
Payment: Cash on Delivery only
We do not accept online payments. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
Please keep the exact order amount ready. We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
7-day damage-only returns
These are personal care and consumable wellness products, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind, disliked fragrance, or partially used items.
Returns are accepted only for transit damage, leakage, or an incorrect item, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Record one continuous video from the moment the sealed parcel reaches you until the product is fully unwrapped. This video is mandatory for every claim.
Approved claims are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including return pickup.
Undelivered or refused parcels
If a COD parcel is refused or repeatedly undeliverable, it returns to us and the order is closed. Repeated refusals may limit future COD orders.
