Product descriptions, herb profiles and encyclopedia entries are educational. They are not medical advice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. An order is accepted only when we dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address or pincode is not serviceable, the price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price shown when we confirm your order is the price you pay.

Every COD order may be verified by a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

If we cannot reach you on the number provided after two attempts, the order is held and then cancelled.

Pay the exact amount shown on the parcel label to the courier. Never pay any amount that differs from your order total.

Refusing delivery repeatedly, or providing a false address or number, may result in COD being disabled for that number.

Cancellation is possible while the order status is still New. Returns follow our damage-only Shipping & Returns Policy.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Natural Product operates as an independent reseller of authentic herbal and wellness products from verified Indian suppliers. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
